Patrick J. Adams<\/strong><\/a> is reflecting on what it was like to work with Meghan Markle<\/strong><\/a> on Suits<\/em> <\/a>\u2014 and revealed he\u2019s received a handwritten letter from the Duchess of Sussex.<\/p>\n

\u201cImpeccable handwriting,\u201d Adams, 44, said during his Tuesday, March 31, appearance on Amanda Hirsch<\/strong>\u2019s \u201cNot Skinny But Not Fat\u201d podcast<\/a>. \u201cHer writing is truly a work of art. It\u2019s crazy. It\u2019s astonishing.\u201d<\/p>\n

The actor added, \u201cI don\u2019t remember the story, but she just did that on her own, right? She was like, \u2018I just want to do that.\u2019 She wanted to just have that skill.\u201d<\/p>\n

Adams couldn\u2019t recall a specific letter he received from Meghan, but he \u201ccertainly\u201d has one.<\/p>\n

\u201cOver the years, for sure,\u201d he continued. \u201cStart gifts and wrap gifts and stuff. Yeah, 100 percent.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tPatrick J. Adams poked fun at Suits\u2018 recent success on streaming by giving all the credit to Meghan Markle and Prince Harry. Eagle-eyed followers noticed on Sunday, September 3, that Adams, 42, updated his Instagram bio to read, \u201cThe guy from that show you\u2019re watching on that app because that girl married that prince.\u201d The [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Despite working alongside Meghan, 44, for years on Suits<\/em>, Adam disclosed that he \u201cdid not get a jam\u201d when her brand, As Ever<\/a>, was launched.<\/p>\n

\u201cI didn\u2019t get anything,\u201d he joked. \u201cI don\u2019t have enough followers, I don\u2019t think.\u201d<\/p>\n

Adams wondered if people were \u201cstill getting jams\u201d before asking Hirsch to \u201cbe real\u201d about her experience tasting the jam.<\/p>\n

\u201cYou\u2019re treating it like a champagne?\u201d Adams said when hearing that Hirsch has yet to take it out of the box.<\/p>\n

Adams said that the podcast host should have brought the jam to their recording session.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s gonna go bad,\u201d he added. \u201cHow long do preserves last? It\u2019s going to go bad.\u201d<\/p>\n

Adams played Meghan\u2019s onscreen love interest from 2011 to 2018. They both left Suits<\/em> after the show\u2019s seventh season.<\/p>\n

The actor explained on Tuesday\u2019s podcast why he\u2019s been protective over his former costar amid her romance with husband Prince Harry<\/strong>. (The couple have been married since 2018 and share two children.)<\/p>\n

\u201cWhat she\u2019s gone through is insane,\u201d he said. Adams also referenced his Instagram bio \u2014 which reads, \u201cThe other guy from that show that you\u2019re watching on that app because that girl married that prince\u201d \u2014 saying that he might need to change it soon.<\/p>\n
