Celine Dion is returning to the stage for 10 concerts in Paris, she announced on Monday.<\/p>\n
The shows at La D\u00e9fense Arena will run from Sept. 12 through Oct. 14. \u201cI\u2019m doing great, managing my health,\u201d she said in a video message posted to social media<\/a> on her 58th birthday. \u201cI\u2019m feeling good, I\u2019m singing again, even doing a little bit of dancing.\u201d<\/p>\n Dion thanked her fans for their support in the years since she revealed in 2022 that she was battling a rare neurological disorder known as stiff person syndrome<\/a>, which causes muscle spasms, including constrictions on her vocal cords.<\/p>\n \u201cI\u2019m so ready to do this,\u201d she said. \u201cI\u2019m feeling good. I\u2019m strong. I\u2019m feeling excited.\u201d<\/p>\n The announcement was not a complete surprise. Signs bearing the titles of her songs \u2014 \u201cThe Power of Love,\u201d \u201cMy Heart Will Go On,\u201d \u201cPour que tu m\u2019aimes encore\u201d and others \u2014 mysteriously appeared on banners across the city last week<\/a>, drawing speculation among fans.<\/p>\n The Canadian singer has long had a deep connection to Paris.
