The United States Army has launched an official investigation after military helicopters were seen near Kid Rock<\/strong><\/a>\u2019s Tennessee home.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe Army is aware of a video circulating online that appears to show AH\u201164 Apache helicopters operating in the vicinity of a private residence in the Nashville area,\u201d Army spokesperson Maj. Montrell Russell<\/strong> said in a statement to Politico<\/span><\/a> on Monday, March 30. \u201cArmy aviators must adhere to strict safety standards, professionalism and established flight regulations.\u201d<\/p>\n

Russell also confirmed the Army has begun an administrative review \u201cto assess the mission and verify compliance with regulations and airspace requirements.\u201d If any violations took place, the spokesperson said the Army will take \u201cappropriate action.\u201d<\/p>\n

The news comes after Kid Rock, 55, posted a clip of what appeared to be military helicopters hovering above his Nashville residence.<\/p>\n

A spokesperson for California Governor Gavin Newsom<\/strong> responded to Kid Rock\u2019s comments in a brief statement to Politico, calling the stunt, \u201cWaste, fraud, abuse!\u201d<\/p>\n

In a separate interview with WKRN<\/span><\/a>, Kid Rock recalled the unexpected moment helicopters appeared outside his home.<\/p>\n

\u201cThey circled back around and came out right over here, and I just gave them a salute, kind of a thank you, and man, it was a level of respect that I got that no award or record sales could do,\u201d Kid Rock, a vocal supporter of President Donald Trump<\/strong> and his administration, told the local news outlet on Monday. \u201cIt was pretty cool they stopped right there. I wasn\u2019t expecting any of that, but I thought it was really neat.\u201d<\/p>\n

The country singer, known for hit songs like \u201cAll Summer Long\u201d and \u201cPicture,\u201d said he\u2019s previously interacted with military pilots flying overhead.<\/p>\n

\u201cI was there last Thanksgiving with [Vice President] JD Vance<\/strong>, and I\u2019ve talked to some of these pilots, and I told them, \u2018You guys see me waving when you come by the house, you guys are always welcome to cruise by my house like any time,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n

After learning that appropriate action will be taken if any violations are found, Kid Rock expressed confidence that his relationship with Trump, 79, will help avoid any major drama.<\/p>\n
