LeAnn Rimes<\/span><\/a> may be known for her singing voice, but she just went viral for sobbing.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n On Sunday, the \u201cNashville 911\u201d star underwent a \u201cdeep jaw release\u201d that, as the video below demonstrates, was very intense, but also very healing.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n Despite Rimes being emotional while having the procedure, she liked the after-effects and remarked, \u201cOh, my God, you just don\u2019t realize how much tension is in there.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n Garry Lineham of<\/span> Human Garage,<\/span><\/a> a Los Angeles-based self-care provider specializing in fascial maneuvers, appeared to perform the procedure on Rimes by seemingly reaching into her mouth to adjust and move her jaw around.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n The video description notes that the body often stores stress in the jaw and \u201cwhen we hold back our voice or push through pressure, the fascia in the face and neck \u2018locks\u2019 to protect us.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n \u201cBy using the maneuvers to signal safety to the nervous system, we can finally allow that stored energy to move,\u201d the post said.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n Meanwhile, Rimes reacts to the manipulation by repeatedly saying, \u201cOh, my God,\u201d before bursting into tears when the procedure is complete.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n \u201cSay that part of my life is over,\u201d Lineham tells her, and Rimes responds, \u201cThat part of my life better be over.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n Rimes\u2019 decision to release the tension in her jaw comes nearly 10 months after her front dental bridge fell out<\/a> during a performance in Bow, Washington.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n In a video she posted after the incident,<\/a> she noted, \u201cIf you\u2019ve been around, you know I\u2019ve had a lot of dental surgeries, and I have a bridge in the front, and it fell out in the middle of my song.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n Rimes has reportedly had around 29 dental surgeries <\/a>since she got veneers as a teen, and she revealed that a dentist later<\/a> failed to bond the veneers properly when she had them redone. For about a decade, she has been trying to correct the damage with multiple root canals and oral surgeries.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n \u201cI look at my pictures from that time, and my face was so different\u2014it was just so swollen,\u201d she told TheFlowSpace.com last year.<\/a> \u201cOh, it was awful.
