Their priest is pictured on the other side of Wahlberg.<\/p>\n Never miss a story \u2014 sign up for <\/strong>PEOPLE’s free daily newsletter<\/strong><\/a> to stay up-to-date on the best of what PEOPLE has to offer\u200b\u200b, from celebrity news to compelling human interest stories.<\/strong><\/p>\n Rhea also included a photo of Grace’s cake, which was white and featured a golden cross on it. “Confirmed in Christ” was written along the bottom.<\/p>\n “Congratulations on your confirmation Grace Margaret Bernadette Wahlberg \ud83d\ude4f\ud83c\udffc\ud83e\udd0d\ud83d\udd6f\ufe0f\ud83d\udd4a\ufe0f,” Rhea wrote in her caption.<\/p>\n Back in November, Wahlberg spoke with PEOPLE about the upcoming holiday season and shared that his favorite tradition is just being with his entire family<\/a>.<\/p>\n \u201cAll the kids being in one place at one time, for a good amount of time, where we have breakfast together, lunch together, dinner every night, and we’re all hanging out,\u201d continued Wahlberg, 54, who shares children Ella, 22, Michael, 20, Brendan, 17, and Grace with wife of 16 years.<\/p>\n Wahlberg shared that it\u2019s only a matter of time before all his kids leave home to live their own lives, making holiday scheduling much more complicated.<\/p>\n \u201cWe’re trying to figure out, in, say, four or five years, how can we be at four places at once?\u201d he quipped.<\/p>\n The Wahlbergs were together<\/a> in New York City in September for the red carpet premiere of his action movie Play Dirty<\/em>.<\/p>\n “I’m so excited that all of my kids [are here], because my daughter’s been away at school, everybody’s kind of doing their own thing at this age,” he said on the red carpet. “I really want to just spend time with them.
