MUNA have released a third single from their upcoming album.<\/p>\n
Serving up politically-charged lyrics over a punchy indie-pop groove, Big Stick\u00a0is currently available for purchase on Bandcamp<\/a>, with proceeds going to Pal Humanity<\/a>. The trio said:<\/p>\n
“Big Stick is the most overtly political song that we\u2019ve put out. For that reason, it felt right to use this moment and track as an opportunity to raise funds for an organization that means a lot to us, Pal Humanity. Pal Humanity is a comprehensive mutual aid organization providing communities in the north and south of Gaza with essential supplies, medical care, and a school for grades K-12.”<\/p>\n
The track also offers another glimpse into ‘Dancing On The Wall’, due out on May 8, following their earlier singles So What<\/a> and the title track<\/a>.<\/p>\n
The Los Angeles-based band\u00a0will celebrate their fourth\u00a0album with intimate shows in the US and UK next month, with performances lined up at The Shrine in Los Angeles on release day and the following day, the Music Hall Of Williamsburg in New York on May 16, 17, 18 and 19,\u00a0and London’s Heaven on May 26, 27 and 28.<\/p>\n
They’ll also appear at BBC Radio 1’s Big\u00a0Weekend<\/a>\u00a0in Sunderland in May and Lollapalooza<\/a> in Chicago and Hinterland<\/a> festival in Saint Charles, Iowa, in the summer. Tickets are on sale.<\/p>\n
