Hilary Duff <\/b><\/a>claims she once received an unexpected visitor during a psychic reading.<\/p>\n

\u201cI talked to this psychic on the phone, and she doesn\u2019t know who you are when you call,\u201d Duff, 38, said on the Wednesday, April 1, episode of the \u201cLas Culturistas\u201d podcast<\/span><\/a>. \u201cEventually, she figured it out and she was, like, \u2018Are you Hilary Duff?\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n

According to Duff, she occasionally seeks readings with a medium to \u201cvalidate the path\u201d she is on in her personal and professional lives.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m not living by it, like, firmly,\u201d Duff stated. \u201cI\u2019m just like, \u2018Let\u2019s have fun with this.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tAaron Carter had dealt with his fair share of ups and downs through the years. \u201cI learned there\u2019s a very valuable lesson in growing up as a young star and then being about to come out on the other side,\u201d the \u201cI Want Candy\u201d singer exclusively told\u00a0Us Weekly\u00a0in April 2017 of when he started performing [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

During one of her appointments, the psychic immediately saw a few people waiting to speak with Duff.<\/p>\n

\u201cI was, like, \u2018How do I start? Do I start asking you questions?\u2019\u201d Duff recalled. \u201cShe\u2019s, like, \u2018Well, people are going to start showing up to speak with you, and there\u2019s someone here<\/a>: Aaron with two A\u2019s.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n

Duff subsequently questioned whether Aaron Carter<\/b><\/a> came through, considering their childhood romance. (Carter died in November 2022 at the age of 34.)<\/p>\n

\u201cShe was, like, \u2018Sure is. What the hell is he doing here?\u2019\u201d Duff said. \u201cI was<\/span> like, \u2018Well, that\u2019s my childhood boyfriend. And, you know, that would make sense to me.\u2019 And, she\u2019s like, \u2018Are you Hilary Duff?\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n

Duff did not reveal what message Carter sent through the medium, though she noted that she still thinks fondly of her ex.<\/p>\n

She\u2019s a lovely literal angel of a person. We\u2019re very close, [and] we talk about Aaron often.\u201d<\/p>\n

Duff dated Aaron between 2000 to 2003 during their respective early careers in Hollywood. The \u201cI Want Candy\u201d rapper died two decades later<\/span><\/a> in 2022.<\/p>\n
