Fast-rising music superstar Daniel Caesar is coming back to Vancouver this summer on his first headline arena tour, and local drivers can breathe a sigh of relief about the venue.<\/p>\n
The four-time Juno Award winner is bringing the Son of Spergy Tour to Rogers Arena on Sunday, Aug. 16.<\/p>\n
It will be Caesar\u2019s first concert in Vancouver since a surprise performance in East Vancouver last fall led to traffic chaos<\/a>. And tickets go on sale on Friday, April 3, at 10 a.m.<\/p>\n The Asia and North American tour is in support of Caesar\u2019s latest album,\u00a0Son of Spergy<\/em>, which debuted on the Billboard 200 at number four and on the Billboard R&B Album Chart at number one.<\/p>\n Caesar is also a Grammy winner who has performed on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon<\/em>, has two Tiny Desk Concerts under his belt, and scored big at the 2026 Junos for Best Contemporary R&B Recording of the Year and Songwriter of the Year.<\/p>\n Daniel Caesar (Trent Munson\/Live Nation)<\/p>\n<\/div>\n Thousands of people turned up at John Hendry Park in East Vancouver in September for an open-air performance by the award-winning Canadian singer<\/a>.<\/p>\n Hordes of fans tried different techniques to catch a glimpse of Caesar and to hear his performance.
