News broke on March 19 that Jessi\u2019s husband, Jordan Ngatikaura<\/strong>, had filed for divorce after five years of marriage. He also filed a temporary restraining order, but his request was denied.<\/p>\n

Jessi, for her part, claimed she got a head\u2019s up about Jordan\u2019s divorce filing after getting a message from TMZ. She claimed that her \u201cheart sunk\u201d<\/a> after the correspondence.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe agreed to tell our children together before filing, and we haven\u2019t done that,\u201d she said during a March 25 episode of the \u201cCall Her Daddy\u201d podcast, calling it \u201ca betrayal.\u201d<\/p>\n

A spokesperson for the Draper City Police Department in Utah confirmed to Us<\/em> at the time that there was an open \u201cdomestic assault investigation\u201d concerning the pair stemming from two incidents in February, noting that allegations were \u201cmade in both directions.\u201d<\/p>\n

Days later, TMZ released footage from 2023 of Taylor physically assaulting and throwing multiple chairs at Dakota. In the video, Taylor\u2019s daughter could be heard crying in the background.
