Prince Harry shared Facebook messages with a journalist who called him “Mr Mischief”. A series of alleged exchanges with Charlotte Griffiths emerged during the Duke of Sussex’s privacy trial<\/span><\/a> on Tuesday (March 31).<\/p>\n

The messages allegedly show the reporter for the Mail on Sunday calling Harry “Mr Mischief” and “H Bomb”. She also refers to a “fun weekend of naughtiness”. Harry’s messages include the words “sugar”, “Griff” and “Miss our movie snuggles”, The Times<\/span><\/a> reports. Claims of the messages come after Harry<\/span><\/a> told the court in January that he was not friends with any of the journalists linked to the case.<\/p>\n

The Duke of Sussex and a group of other household names face a wait to find out whether they have won their High Court cases against the Daily Mail’s publisher.<\/p>\n

During an 11-week trial, the High Court in London heard claims brought by the group – which also includes Baroness Doreen Lawrence, Sir Elton John<\/a> and his husband David Furnish – against Associated Newspapers Limited (ANL) of unlawful information gathering.<\/p>\n

These include allegations of voicemail interception, phone tapping, and obtaining information by deception – also known as “blagging”, carried out by private investigators, freelance journalists and staff at the Mail’s publisher, Associated Newspapers Limited. ANL strongly denies the claims and has defended the case.<\/p>\n
