Without hesitation, they put themselves in danger to render aid to someone who was in need of it.\u201d <\/p>\nSpeaking directly about the trooper involved, Hall stated, \u201cThe trooper, without hesitation, responded to the vehicle along with a couple bystanders and proceeded to remove the male operator from the vehicle to provide aid.\u201d<\/p>\n
Hall did not reveal the trooper\u2019s identity. However, he said the law enforcement vet\u2019s actions were heroic and saved Miman\u2019s life. <\/p>\n
The trooper, without hesitation, recognized that it was a serious crash and that there was clearly somebody still within the vehicle,\u201d he added. \u201c[The trooper] was able to, I believe, pull the person out through the window along with a couple bystanders that also stopped to help the trooper.<\/p>\n
Hours after the news broke about Miman\u2019s terrifying car crash, the comedian\u2019s rep spoke out. <\/p>\n
\u201cEugene was in a very scary car accident,\u201d the rep told TMZ. \u201cHe wants to thank the bystanders, state police, first responders, and hospital staff who saved him.\u201d<\/p>\n
The rep further stated, \u201cHe is grateful to be on the mend. At this time, we kindly ask for privacy for Eugene and his family as he focuses on recovering from his injuries.\u201d <\/p>\n
No charges have been filed for the other driver involved in the accident, which is currently under investigation. It has been reported that the Bedford Toll Plaza has been a site of multiple crashes in recent years. <\/p>\n
