The Real Housewives of Rhode Island<\/em><\/a> star Liz McGraw<\/strong> took a page out of BFF Dolores Catania<\/strong><\/a>\u2019s book \u2014 and she\u2019s not afraid to admit it.<\/p>\n

\u201cI went to Dolores\u2019 surgeon,\u201d Liz said during the RHORI <\/em>premiere on Thursday, April 2. \u201cShe actually referred me to him, and we also have the same dentist.\u201d<\/p>\n

Liz explained during the premiere that she and Dolores met \u201cat a cannabis convention.\u201d Liz convinced Dolores to spend a summer in Rhode Island, and The Real Housewives of New Jersey<\/em><\/a> star will appear in a \u201cfriend of\u201d role<\/a> throughout this season of RHORI<\/em>.<\/p>\n

\u201cDolores Catania, she owns my heart,\u201d Liz said. \u201cI trust Dolores, she knows where the bodies are buried.\u201d<\/p>\n

Dolores offered Dr. Mark Karolak<\/strong> a shout-out during an interview with Us Weekly<\/em> ahead of the RHORI<\/em> premiere.<\/p>\n

\u201cHe\u2019s done a lot of Housewives. He\u2019s amazing, natural-looking always,\u201d Dolores said. \u201cLiz is perfect. Her face is perfect.\u201d<\/p>\n

Liz confirmed to Us<\/em> that Dr. Karolak \u201cdid a few tweaks about a year ago\u201d while addressing her comparisons to Dolores.<\/p>\n

\u201cI actually think we looked more alike before,\u201d Liz said, calling it \u201cthe highest compliment\u201d when people say she and Dolores look like sisters.<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tDolores Catania made a major impact on The Real Housewives of Rhode Island cast. \u201cI think Dolores [is] like a mama bear,\u201d Bravo newbie Jo-Ellen Tiberi told Us Weekly exclusively during the RHORI cast\u2019s first interviews. \u201cTruthfully, anything that we needed \u2014 even even to this day \u2014 she will help.\u201d Jo-Ellen continued, \u201cShe was [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

While Dolores was in Rhode Island last summer, people would ask her whether she knew Liz because of how much they looked alike.<\/p>\n

\u201cI look a lot like her mom, and that\u2019s how we bonded,\u201d Dolores said of Liz. \u201cIf you see pictures of her mom, we look very, very much alike.\u201d<\/p>\n

Liz said that she and Dolores speak \u201cevery day in regular life,\u201d so when it came to filming, all she wanted to do was \u201chang out\u201d with her friend.<\/p>\n

Dolores, meanwhile, had some advice to give Liz before the new Bravolebrity kicked off her first season.<\/p>\n

\u201cI always said, \u2018Just be yourself,\u2019\u201d Dolores told Us<\/em>. \u201c[She] and I spoke very little about the show. Of course, she didn\u2019t know what to expect, and you can\u2019t really prepare somebody for that. You can\u2019t plan life. You can\u2019t plan scenes and things like that.\u201d<\/p>\n
