Josh Duggar<\/b><\/a><\/span>\u2019s wife, Anna Duggar<\/b><\/span><\/a>, offered support to her brother-in-law Joseph Duggar<\/b><\/span><\/a> <\/b>after his recent arrest.<\/p>\n

\u201cYou\u2019ve got our prayers. We love you \u2014 however we can help, please let us know,\u201d Anna, 37, wrote to Joseph, 31, on March 21, per email records obtained by Us Weekly <\/i>from the Washington County Sheriff\u2019s Office in Arkansas. \u201cI think I put some money on your books. I don\u2019t remember how phone calls and video calls work.\u201d<\/p>\n

She added, \u201cPlease let me know if I can help get things set up so you can call and talk with Kendra. Just remember, don\u2019t talk about anything legal unless you are with an attorney. Everything said in these messages, phone calls and video chats are recorded and turned over to prosecutors.\u201d<\/p>\n

Joseph was arrested<\/a><\/span> on March 18 in Arkansas on charges of lewd and lascivious behavior after allegedly molesting a 9-year-old girl in Florida in 2020. The victim, now 14, told police that Joseph \u201ceventually apologized for his actions\u201d at the time before \u201cthe incidents stopped.\u201d (Joseph was also later charged with four counts each of endangering the welfare of a minor and false imprisonment, which are unrelated to the Florida case. His wife, Kendra Duggar<\/b>, was arrested for the same charges and released on bond within hours.)<\/p>\n

Joseph\u2019s eldest brother, Josh, married Anna in 2008. Josh, 38, was convicted for receiving and possessing child pornography in 2022. He was sentenced to 151 months in prison<\/a> and continues to maintain his innocence. Throughout Josh\u2019s incarceration, Anna has remained in his corner and appears to be doing the same for his sibling.<\/p>\n

\u201cAre they keeping you in solitary, or will they let you go into a pod? Joshua\u2018s experience there at Washington County was fairly safe,\u201d Anna wrote in her email to Joseph. \u201cIf there are any concerns for your health, or safety, please let me know. On a practical side, I think commissary has a two week delay.\u201d<\/p>\n

She added, \u201cIf you will be there a while, we definitely want to send some goodies your way.\u201d<\/p>\n

Anna further revealed that she had spoken with Kendra, 27, <\/b>about how she was coping \u201cin the middle of such heavy situations.\u201d (Joseph and Kendra, who have been married since 2017, share four children.)<\/p>\n

\u201cI was amazed with how clearly she thought, how focused and articulate she was,\u201d Anna wrote of Kendra. \u201cShe loves you deeply. She was strong on the phone call, except for when she talked about it being a month before she can see the kids. My heart breaks for all of you. I know she will win in the end \u2026 it just might take time. Kendra is an amazing woman \u2014 the Grace of God is flowing from her life. She is a gem!\u201d<\/p>\n

Joseph responded to Anna\u2019s message several hours later, thanking her for her prayers and money for the commissary. He also asked her to help Kendra set up her email to communicate with him.<\/p>\n
