Sean, 20, posed for pics with both his mom and younger brother, 19-year-old Jayden James, which Spears posted on her Instagram.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><figcaption>Britney Spears\u2019 eldest son, Sean Preston, changed his Instagram handle to include her last name.
