\nSound of a Woman marks the most revealing chapter of Rita\u2019s musical career, co-produced with nine-time Grammy winner Dave Cobb and recorded at Nashville\u2019s legendary RCA Studio A. <\/p>\n
\nThe album blends memoir and observation, tracing the emotional arc of a woman\u2019s life while tapping into universal truths about identity, pressure and joy. <\/p>\n
\nThe Sleepless in Seattle star calls it a \u201crevelatory excavation of the self,\u201d pairing soul-baring lyrics with lush, expansive production.<\/p>\n
\nAhead of the album, Rita has already released the title track, and this week she also announced a run of UK and European shows \u2014 including a headline slot at EFG London Jazz Festival, plus dates in Glasgow, Berlin, Hamburg and Amsterdam.
