Even though the love has been overwhelming, even that is not healthy sometimes,” Dean told the outlet. “I don\u2019t think you\u2019re supposed to know everyone\u2019s opinion about you. And I\u2019ve decided I want to live in sweet ignorance.”<\/p>\n A 2025 study by JAMA Network Open<\/a> found that a weeklong social media detox improved mental health in young adults.
