\n\tThe \u201cWalls Could Talk\u201d singer\u2019s polyester seersucker midi dress featured a plunging neckline trimmed with delicate scalloped lace, infusing the silhouette with a subtle lingerie-inspired feel. The lace detailing continued beneath the bust, revealing a hint of the musician\u2019s skin. Cap sleeves added structure at the shoulders, creating contrast against the fluid silhouette. From the waist down, the dress fell into a relaxed skirt that grazed Halsey\u2019s calves.
