King Charles was given a warm welcome by the Royal Family as
\nthey headed to church on Easter Sunday.<\/p>\n
The King and Queen arrived at St. George\u2019s Chapel by car where
\nthe rest of the family was waiting for them.<\/p>\n
The Prince and Princess of Wales had led the royal party who
\nwalked to the doors of St. George\u2019s. Prince George, 12, Princess
\nCharlotte, 10 and Prince Louis, 7, were with them.<\/p>\n

The Princess Royal and her husband, Sir Tim Laurence, followed
\nWilliam and Kate to the church while Princess Anne\u2019s soon to be
\ndaughter in law, Harriet Sperling, made her first appearance at a
\nroyal Easter celebration.<\/p>\n
She strolled down to the chapel with her fiance, Peter Phillips,
\nand his two daughters, Savannah and Isla. The couple announced
\ntheir wedding date earlier this week. The big royal wedding of the
\nsummer takes place in Kemble near Cirencester on July 6.<\/p>\n

Princess Anne looked particularly supportive of her nephew,
\nJames, Earl of Wessex who came to church with his father, the Duke
\nof Edinburgh. As the royals lined up to greet the clergy waiting
\nfor them, James appeared to take a step back to let his aunt go in
\nfront of him but she put a reassuring hand on his arm to indicate
\nhe should go first.<\/p>\n
As expected, there was no sign of Princess Beatrice or Princess
\nEugenie who had both already made clear they would be staying away
\nfrom the Royal celebrations at Easter. Earlier this year, their
\nfather, Andrew Mountbatten Windsor, was arrested by officers
\ninvestigating allegations of misconduct in public office. He was
\nreleased 11 hours later under investigation. It\u2019s understood that
\nthe former prince is spending Easter at his new home on the
\nSandringham estate.<\/p>\n
King Charles and Queen Camilla were driven to St. George\u2019s
\nChapel where the Royal Family greeted them. The King was clearly
\ndelighted to see them and blew a kiss to William, Kate and their
\nchildren. He also appeared to share a joke with Prince William as
\nthey met at the door of St. George\u2019s Chapel but it was another
\nprince who got the biggest reaction from King Charles.<\/p>\n

As he saw his grandson, Prince Louis, The King broke into a huge
\nsmile and patted the seven year old on the shoulder. The two are
\nknown to have a very close bond with Louis famously asking to sit
\non his grandfather\u2019s lap at the concert given to mark the Platinum
\nJubilee of Queen Elizabeth II.<\/p>\n
The King was also joined by one of his favourite cousins. Lady
\nSarah Chatto, daughter of Princess Margaret, joined the royal party
\nwith her husband, Daniel.<\/p>\n
Following the service, Queen Camilla was presented with a
\nbouquet of bright spring flowers before she joined The King for a
\nchat with some of the wellwishers who had gathered to see them.<\/p>\n
