Variety reported<\/b> <\/a>that it was Lahav\u2019s violin that can be heard on Bruce Springsteen\u2019s \u201cJungleland\u201d track which closes out the \u201cBorn to Run\u201d album.<\/p>\n She also sang on two Springsteen tracks \u2014 \u201cThe Wild, the Innocent and the E Street Shuffle,\u201d and 4th<\/sup> of July, Asbury Park (Sandy)\u201d \u2014 according to Variety.<\/p>\n The Springsteen Center issued a statement following her death.<\/p>\n \u201cSuki Lahav, the Israeli-born musician, lyricist, and poet who briefly joined the E Street Band in the mid-1970s, has passed away at the age of 74,\u201d it read. \u201cA violinist on Born to Run \u2014 most notably heard on \u2018Jungeland\u2019 \u2014 she contributed to the early sound of Bruce Springsteen\u2019s breakthrough era.
