Despite the swirling drama surrounding the Summer House <\/i>cast, Ciara Miller <\/b><\/a>is focusing on what really matters.<\/p>\n

\u201cI grew up a Girl Scout<\/a>. It\u2019s where I first learned what sisterhood looks like,\u201d Miller, 30, wrote via her Instagram Stories on Saturday, April 4. \u201cIt taught me courage, confidence and how to carry myself through hard things.\u201d<\/p>\n

Miller further asked her followers to consider donating to Troop 6000, a Girl Scout troop composed of girls living in the shelter system across the New York City boroughs.<\/p>\n

\u201cThey meet every week, earn badges, go to camp and they learn that, no matter what they\u2019re going through, they are worth showing up for,\u201d she explained in her upload. \u201cThat who they are matters [and] that their story is just getting started. That\u2019s all I\u2019ve ever wanted anyone to feel.\u201d<\/p>\n

Our connection grew out of a genuine, longstanding friendship, which made it especially important for us to approach this with care.\u201d<\/p>\n
