Are you really a Robert Pattinson<\/a> co-star until you dig out an old piece of Twilight<\/em> merch? Yesterday, Zendaya<\/a> stopped by Electric Cinema in London\u2019s Notting Hill to surprise an audience at a showing of her new film, The Drama<\/em>. And while she showed up solo, she brought a piece of her co-star with her\u2014wearing a \u201cvintage\u201d (if you consider 2008 vintage) tee from his vampire days.<\/p>\n

The shirt in question was an oversize black number, printed with Pattinson\u2019s face as a piercing Edward Cullen. Underneath the eerie portrait, the character\u2019s name was written in the signature Twilight<\/em> font, clearing identifying the wearer as a firm Team Edward supporter.<\/p>\n

During the press tour for The Drama<\/em>, French outlet Canal+<\/em><\/a>asked Zendaya and Pattinson where they fell on the age-old Team Edward versus Team Jacob debate. \u201cNo one\u2019s Team Jacob,\u201d Pattinson joked. \u201cThat was just a marketing thing.\u201d<\/p>\n

Even still, Zendaya was far from the first of Pattinson\u2019s co-stars to confirm their allegiances with a piece of merch. Last May, Jennifer Lawrence celebrated her film Die, My Love<\/em>, in which she starred opposite the Twilight<\/em> star, with a Breaking Dawn: Part 2<\/em> baseball cap<\/a> from 2012. And, just this past February, Timoth\u00e9e Chalamet shared a mirror selfie in a cheeky Team Jacob tee (sorry, Pattinson, I guess collaborating on The King<\/em> didn\u2019t quite earn his full support).<\/p>\n

Here, the Euphoria<\/em> star wore hers with black slacks and Maison Margiela Tabi leather ballet flats<\/a>. Leave it to Zendaya to turn the kitschy T-shirt into a fashion statement.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
