Lamar Odom<\/strong> <\/a>and Khlo\u00e9 Kardashian<\/strong><\/a> have had their fair share of ups and downs \u2014 but where do they stand now after his near-fatal overdose and an awkward onscreen reunion?<\/p>\n

Odom, 46, and Kardashian, 41, dated for one month before getting engaged in 2009. They got married later that year, and Kardashian filed for divorce four years later<\/a>. Kardashian later postponed her court motion after Odom was left comatose following an overdose at a legal brothel in Nevada.<\/p>\n

After Odom regained his health, Kardashian filed for divorce for a second time. They have since reunited to address their past on Hulu\u2019s The Kardashians<\/em>. In the February 2025 episode, Kardashian decided to reach out to Odom to return some of his prized possessions<\/a>. Odom was ultimately 52 minutes late \u2014 and when he arrived, he had flowers, cake and champagne.<\/p>\n

\u201cI don\u2019t know this person anymore. It is just a mindf***,\u201d she shared. \u201cHe is visibly uncomfortable, he is nervous and sweating. I don\u2019t know if he thinks I am going to go off on him. But he just seems scared.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tNetflix\u2019s documentary about Lamar Odom\u2018s near-fatal overdose featured a candid interview from ex-wife Khlo\u00e9 Kardashian about his \u201cmonstrous\u201d drug use, his infidelity and their divorce. Untold: The Death & Life of Lamar Odom, which premiered on Tuesday, March 31, follows Odom\u2019s life leading up to his marriage to Kardashian, 41. After their nuptials, Kardashian found [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Odom, who was sweating throughout the conversation, ultimately asked Kardashian<\/a> for a hug. He He also called Kardashian his wife, which didn\u2019t sit well with her.<\/p>\n

\u201cFor him to call me his wife, words are empty,\u201d she explained. \u201cWhen it was great, it was spectacular. When it was bad, it was horrific.\u201d<\/p>\n

Kardashian also recalled Odom\u2019s overdose. \u201cI was there through it all. We transferred you from Vegas to Cedars,\u201d she continued. \u201cI didn\u2019t leave you for four months. I got a staph infection because I lived in a hospital.\u201d<\/p>\n

Odom, meanwhile, offered an apology<\/a> to his ex-wife. \u201cI put you through a lot,\u201d he admitted. \u201cI f***ed up with you. I love you for trying your hardest with me. That love will never go away, I know it won\u2019t.\u201d<\/p>\n

The exes reflected on their past trauma again one year later in Netflix\u2019s Untold: The Death & Life of Lamar Odom<\/em>. They did their interviews separately after Kardashian noted they fell out of touch once she filed for divorce again.<\/a><\/p>\n

During the Thursday, February 6, episode of Hulu\u2019s The Kardashians, Khlo\u00e9, 40, reflected on her tumultuous marriage to Lamar, 45, after he briefly crossed paths with her friend Malika Haqq. \u201cLamar was and is definitely someone that I felt was the love [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\u201cThe drug buildup was getting worse and worse. There were many times Lamar would go for 12 hours or two days and escape rehab. He would go on a drug bender and no one could find him,\u201d she said. \u201cI was either looking for him in alleys or looking for him in motels. He would have tinfoil cutouts or spoons and he was freebasing things and leaving things everywhere. I remember needing to go to hotel rooms to clean up after him.\u201d<\/p>\n
