The singer and actress, 62, is among the former contestants returning to the jungle for the South African spin-off which returns to screens on Monday, and will see stars compete against each other to be crowned the legend.<\/p>\n

(Ian West)<\/span><\/div>\n The singer, whose real name is Sinitta Malone, said: \u201cI did actually think \u2013 like, I was on The X Factor.\u201d<\/p>\n Speaking about her friend and the creator of the music competition show, Simon Cowell, she said: \u201cAnd I thought, you know, they\u2019re not going to let \u2013 he\u2019s not going to let them really make me do it, you know?<\/p>\n \u201cThey\u2019ll feed me. So I thought, if I do good TV\u2026<\/p>\n \u201cYou really have to go and collect your own water, you know \u2013 you really have to sleep outside, you can feel things running over you in the sleeping bag.\u201d<\/p>\n Sinitta was the second contestant to be voted off the reality TV show, hosted by Ant and Dec, during her 2011 stint and she was known for her fearful reaction as she took on the trials and challenges.<\/p>\n Ant and Dec will present the spin-off series, shot in South Africa (Ian West\/PA)<\/p>\n (Ian West)<\/span><\/div>\n She said: \u201cI don\u2019t think (the show) fixes your fears \u2013 and I really know that now. It\u2019s never going to fix it, it doesn\u2019t fix your fears.
