The Princess of Wales<\/a>\u2019s younger brother took to his official Instagram account to share a new post and wish everyone a Happy Easter.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n He explained that he took a short break from the platform during Lent. The 38-year-old began his message: \u201cWe are back. Many of you have been asking if I am ok.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n \u201cI have been absent from social media for a while. The truth is, this Lent I decided to give up social media (and it was wonderful).\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n James then explained how social media can sometimes put unneeded pressure on people, as he shared a glimpse of his family holidays on Easter.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n He said: \u201cSometimes we don\u2019t fully realise the pressure social media puts on us until we take a step back.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n \u201cIf I could offer one piece of advice for 2026, it would be to try it yourself; a week, a month, or even longer\u2026\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n He added: \u201cAnyhow\u2026 we\u2019re back!
