The couple shared their happy news with a\u00a0sweet photo of their new family on Instagram on Monday.<\/p>\n “Jack Wild Trevino,” they captioned the joint post, revealing their son’s full name. The accompanying photo sees baby Jack holding the fingers of both his parents.<\/p>\n The news was met with excitement from friends and fans alike, who took to the comments section to wish the couple and their newborn well.
