Ike Barinholtz said that Kate Hudson “demands” he go to Tokyo for certain plastic surgery procedures during a recent episode of his podcast, Funny You Ask with Ike Barinholtz<\/em><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n “You take out your phone and go, ‘Here’s what I’ve been thinking for you,'” the comedian recalled<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n Hudson previously opened up about pausing Botox in preparation for her role in Song Sung Blue<\/em><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n Kate Hudson<\/a> is not holding back her plastic surgery suggestions.<\/p>\n The actress, 46, appeared on the Wednesday, April 1, episode of the Funny You Ask with Ike Barinholtz<\/em><\/a> podcast, where host Ike Barinholtz<\/a> recounted a conversation about cosmetic procedures. “So I’m at dinner with Kate one time, and we’re talking about plastic surgery and as a joke I go, ‘Maybe I’ll get some,'” Barinholtz, 49, recalled. “And in the same breath, you take out your phone and go, ‘Here’s what I’ve been thinking for you.'”<\/p>\n He continued, “And it’s a Japanese website. You’re like, ‘It’s just the eyes, they can do this with the eyes.'”<\/p>\n Through laughter, Hudson replied, “We can make a trip out of it. We can bring all the kids, we can go to Tokyo. And there’s this genius Tokyo eye doctor who does the most beautiful… “<\/p>\n Barinholtz then interjects, “Just imagine … we’re going to like a Buddhist temple, and I’m just bandaged with ice packs on my face.”<\/p>\n Hudson previously opened up about her transformation for her Oscar-nominated role in\u00a0Song Sung Blue<\/em><\/a>.<\/p>\n In the movie musical, Hudson stars alongside\u00a0Hugh Jackman<\/a>, 57,\u00a0as half of the real-life couple Claire and Mike Sardina, who were part of the Milwaukee-based\u00a0Neil Diamond<\/a>\u00a0tribute act Lightning & Thunder.<\/p>\n In a January interview with The Standard<\/em><\/a>, the actress revealed she stopped getting Botox in preparation to play Claire.<\/p>\n “Well, the Botox was an easy choice \u2014 they didn\u2019t have it in the 1980s,” she shared.<\/p>\n In an interview with\u00a0W<\/em>\u00a0Magazine<\/a>, Hudson opened up about gaining weight for the role.<\/p>\n “This film was fun \u2014 I didn\u2019t have to watch what I ate,” she said. “I put on 15 pounds, just to be nice and soft. It was over the holiday season, so it was perfect. I wasn\u2019t working out much.”<\/p>\n
