Talking to Demi Lovato<\/strong> on the phone felt like chatting with an old friend. As a millennial who grew up watching the former Disney Channel star grow into a fierce, multitalented artist throughout the span of nearly two decades, it was almost as if I knew her on a personal level. During our chat, I got to learn about her current favorites and the must-haves she plans to bring on tour for her brand-new album, It\u2019s Not That Deep<\/em><\/a>.<\/p>\n

First, Demi described what a show day will probably look like once she hits the road (the tour kicks off on April 13 in Orlando, Florida). While she hasn\u2019t toured in a minute, she said this time around her mornings will probably consist of sipping matcha while eating breakfast, and then attending soundcheck and rehearsal.<\/p>\n

Demi shared that this run of shows \u201chas a lot of dancing\u201d\u2014and during pre-tour rehearsals, she has been wearing a pair of Nikes<\/a> on repeat (she didn\u2019t specify which kind, but based on a recent Instagram post<\/a>, we think it\u2019s the Nike Shox TL<\/a>).<\/p>\n

Once she\u2019s on tour, Demi shares that she\u2019ll probably wear her TheraBody Pro compression boots<\/a> on the bus in between shows while watching The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills<\/em>. The star even mentioned that she might get back into knitting in her downtime, and we\u2019re so here for it.<\/p>\n

And of course, Demi also shared that she\u2019ll definitely have a portable charger on hand, because \u201cyou never know when you’re gonna need a quick charge\u201d\u2014especially after day-long rehearsals and evening shows.<\/p>\n

The topic of late nights led to late-night scrolls\u2014and me being a shopper editor, I asked Demi if she ever bought anything on TikTok Shop in the wee hours of the night. She immediately started laughing. The celeb admitted that after her most recent buy, she put herself in \u201ctime out\u201d from nighttime scrolling.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe last thing that I bought that was random and a late-night scroll [\u2026] was a power washer\u2026 like, a steam power washer<\/a>. And I was like, \u2018We need this for the house.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n

Demi goes on, \u201cI bought it a month ago, and I have not used it. I don\u2019t know what I\u2019m doing; like, I don\u2019t know what I\u2019d be doing with that.\u201d We both laughed because, same.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s a relatable purchase, though\u2014especially after being influenced by viral power-washing videos online that Demi calls \u201cso satisfying.\u201d<\/p>\n

After hearing about Demi\u2019s power washer purchase, I had<\/em> to know what else was floating around in her Amazon cart. \u201cI keep my Amazon carts pretty clean,\u201d she says. \u201cI’m very impulsive when it comes to online shopping\u2014so when I see something, I just get it.\u201d<\/p>\n

However, Demi notes, \u201cI’m a big fan of the Cyklar body lotion<\/a> and body wash<\/a>; that’s probably sitting in my Amazon or TikTok Shop, especially because I like to use that on the road.\u201d<\/p>\n

Her favorite scent? Vanilla Verve. It\u2019s \u201cto die for,\u201d Demi says.<\/p>\n

Between sweet-smelling lotion, compression boots, and the possibility of knitting-filled nights, it sounds like Demi\u2019s downtime while she\u2019s on tour is going to be centered around wellness and comfort.<\/p>\n
