Gemma Collins is seen complaining about the \u201crancid\u201d conditions in the Savannah Slum camp, which she has described as \u201cHell\u201d, on tonight\u2019s episode of I\u2019m A Celebrity\u2026 Get Me Out Of Here! South Africa.<\/p>\n

In a sneak peek at Wednesday\u2019s show, the reality TV star is seen struggling to adapt to life in the jungle, saying that she is \u201cgoing to need back surgery\u201d after enduring one night on the camp beds.<\/p>\n

Collins, 45, was a late arrival on the all-star show and her dramatic entrance last night entailed taking on a gruelling eating challenge, where she was faced with dishes such as fish eye pie and brain freeze.<\/p>\n

Gemma Collins said the conditions in camp are \u2018rancid\u2019 (Ian West\/PA)<\/p>\n

During Wednesday\u2019s episode, Collins is seen complaining to the Bush Telegraph and says: \u201cWhat have I done in my life to deserve this? It is just rancid.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe beds, I mean\u2026 I\u2019m going to need back surgery after one night\u2019s sleep. I mean, it is just Hell, basically.\u201d<\/p>\n

She then asks Seann Walsh if he wants to \u201cstay up and chat\u201d as their fellow campmates settle down for the night.<\/p>\n

The 40-year-old comedian says: \u201cI\u2019ve got to go to sleep, Gemma, because we didn\u2019t sleep last night, because we were in a storm.\u201d<\/p>\n

Collins jokes: \u201cIf there\u2019s a storm in the night, I\u2019m topping and tailing with you. You can rub me feet.\u201d<\/p>\n

The TV star then adds that she wants a good night\u2019s sleep so she can \u201ccrack on again tomorrow\u201d.<\/p>\n

Collins last appeared on the show in 2014 and quit after three days as she struggled with the environment, but has called her appearance on the all-stars show her \u201credemption\u201d.<\/p>\n

The former The Only Way Is Essex star also overcame her fears and rode into camp on a helicopter on Tuesday night\u2019s episode, having broken down in tears during her last attempt in 2014.<\/p>\n

Walsh is later seen praising the reality TV star, and says: \u201cGemma has really helped morale in camp, you can see why the nation loves her. She\u2019s absolutely fantastic.\u201d<\/p>\n

For tonight\u2019s bushtucker trial, contestants in the main camp will choose to nominate someone from the opposing camp, Savannah Scrub, for the latest bushtucker trial and vice versa.<\/p>\n

During \u201cvenom verdict\u201d, contestants will wear helmets filled with snakes while their teammates answer questions.<\/p>\n

Popstar Sinitta will take on tonight\u2019s trial alongside Seann Walsh (Ian West\/PA)<\/p>\n

Popstar Sinitta is set to represent the main camp, and in a preview, she is heard crying out in fear as her head is surrounded by snakes.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, as Walsh takes on the challenge for Savannah Scrub, he can be seen remaining still as he repeatedly exclaims: \u201cOh my God. Oh God.\u201d<\/p>\n

The reality series spin-off is pre-recorded, unlike the classic I\u2019m A Celebrity\u2026 Get Me Out Of Here!, and will see celebrities compete against one another to be crowned the legend.<\/p>\n

I\u2019m A Celebrity\u2026 South Africa can be seen at 9pm on ITV1, STV, ITVX and STV Player, and will air on weeknights.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
