A live\u2011TV slip from Craig Melvin left the “TODAY” studio buzzing Wednesday morning.\u00a0<\/p>\n
During the April 8 broadcast, the anchor unexpectedly revealed that Jenna Bush Hager will appear in “The Devil Wears Prada 2,”<\/a> a detail that clearly wasn\u2019t meant to be shared just yet.\u00a0<\/p>\n While the co-hosts were discussing the excitement around the upcoming sequel, Melvin casually dropped, “By the way, you know how that movie\u2019s going to be good? You know how I can tell? JBH is in it!”<\/p>\n The camera immediately cut to Bush Hager, who stared back in disbelief, her mouth open as she tried to process what had just happened.\u00a0<\/p>\n “I don\u2019t know that you were supposed to drop that bomb, but if you\u2019re \u2026” she said, still stunned.<\/p>\n Savannah Guthrie, newly returned to the show<\/a> after an extended absence following the disappearance of her mother, jumped in with a laugh: “This is live.
