The event, which has a theme of “Spring Screams,” will be held from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Saturday and from noon to 6 p.m. Sunday at 3111 S. 31st St. in Temple<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
\nIt will feature celebrity guests, cosplayers, a magician, a caricature artist, food trucks, a car show, live music and dance performances.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
\nSpecial guests will include Leonora Scelfo, an actress from the horror film \u201cScream,\u201d Billy Blair of \u201cBull Shark,\u201d and Trisha Peters, who worked as a stunt double for Michelle Pfeiffer\u2019s Catwoman. Actors from Silo of Screams, a Temple-based haunted attraction, also will be stationed throughout the mall to help bring the screams this spring.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
\nVisitors also can expect to see Jack Sparrow and \u201cBreaking Bad\u201d cosplayers, along with screenings and merchandise from an independent horror film directed William Henstone.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
\nLive music will be performed by Smokin Maxx Carter, and outside activities will include food trucks and a car show, a new addition this year, with more than 100 vehicles registered to participate.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Temple Drove 139 of the Benevolent Patriotic Order of Does golf tournament<\/h3>\n<\/p>\n\nThe Benevolent Patriotic Order of Does will hold a golf tournament on Sunday, April 26, at Sammons Golf Course, 2727 W. Actors from Silo of Screams, a Temple-based haunted attraction, also will be stationed throughout the mall to help bring the screams this spring.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
\nVisitors also can expect to see Jack Sparrow and \u201cBreaking Bad\u201d cosplayers, along with screenings and merchandise from an independent horror film directed William Henstone.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
\nLive music will be performed by Smokin Maxx Carter, and outside activities will include food trucks and a car show, a new addition this year, with more than 100 vehicles registered to participate.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Ave. B in downtown Temple, will hold a special program, “Riding the Range: Vaquero Roots of the Cowboy,” at 10 a.m. on Saturday.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n Cowgirl storyteller Ramblin\u2019 Rita will present several Texas tales.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n “This cowgirl has traveled from the deserts of West Texas to the shores of the Gulf Coast and boy howdy, has she picked up some mighty tall tales along the way,” the museum said in a post on social media. “Her stories are perfect for audiences of all ages. Even better than that, she brings brave buckaroos up from the audience to help her act out her wild west stories! So, dust off your ten-gallon hat and saddle up for storytelling fun as big as Texas!
