Jimmy Kimmel<\/a> on Wednesday questioned how Donald Trump<\/a>\u2019s administration could work out a deal with Iran<\/a> using a not-so-subtle swipe at the president and his Cabinet.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n \u201cHow is this negotiation even going to work?\u201d the late night host began.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n \u201cThis is a government of religious fanatics who don\u2019t believe in democracy. They use domestic security forces to terrorize their own citizens \u2014 and now we expect Iran to negotiate with them?\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n The studio audience seemed to miss Kimmel\u2019s jab at both countries\u2019 governments, which was initially met with a few chuckles and seconds of silence.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n \u201cI \u2014 never mind,\u201d said Kimmel, prompting heavier laughter from the audience.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n After Trump announced<\/a> a two-week ceasefire with Iran, he warned<\/a> in a Truth Social<\/a> post on Wednesday that U.S. military resources needed for the \u201clethal prosecution and destruction\u201d of the country were in place until a \u201cREAL AGREEMENT\u201d is met and complied with.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n Later in his monologue, Kimmel took on Fox News<\/a>\u2019 Lawrence B. Jones over his attempt to assess where the U.S. stands in the negotiations.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n The \u201cFox & Friends\u201d host noted that Trump\u2019s demands for Iran \u2014 for the country to dismantle major nuclear facilities, to stop uranium enrichment of its soil, to move enriched stockpiles out, to accept intrusive international inspections and to suspend its ballistic missiles program \u2014 haven\u2019t happened.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n \u201cYou know, Lawrence, I think this is good news,\u201d replied \u201cFox & Friends\u201d co-host Griff Jenkins of the ceasefire after Jones\u2019 list.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n Jenkins would later appear on Fox News\u2019 \u201cOutnumbered\u201d to dismiss critics<\/a> who have used the term \u201cTACO\u201d (or \u201cTrump Always Chickens Out<\/a>\u201d) for the president.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n \u201cLet me give you another acronym \u2014 NACHO.
