Kehlani<\/a> has teamed with Missy Elliott<\/a> for a new song. Listen to \u201cBack and Forth\u201d below. The collab leads Kehlani\u2019s self-titled album<\/a>, announced last Month and due April 24, on their birthday.<\/p>\n

Kehlani<\/em>, released via Atlantic<\/a>, is the singer\u2019s follow-up to their 2024 LP Crash<\/em><\/a>, which featured their Grammy-nominated hit \u201cAfter Hours<\/a>.\u201d At this year\u2019s Grammys<\/a>, Kehlani picked up the Best R&B Performance trophy for \u201cFolded.\u201d<\/p>\n

As for Missy, \u201cBack and Forth\u201d is the latest of her sporadic forays into the studio, which have included guest spots with Skrillex<\/a> and Anitta<\/a> in recent years. Out in the real world, however, she has had plenty going on: a 2023 Rock Hall<\/a> induction<\/a>, a record sent into space<\/a>, a National Medal of Arts<\/a>, and her first-ever North American tour<\/a>.<\/p>\n
