Two years later, the judge granted a default judgment totaling $228,000.<\/p>\n<p>In December, Phypers, 53, outlined his debt \u2014 allegedly amounting to $850,000 \u2014 when he entered his plea for spousal support in the former couple\u2019s ongoing divorce. <\/p>\n<p>According to <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.usmagazine.com\/celebrity-news\/news\/denise-richards-ex-aaron-phypers-reveals-massive-debt-in-plea-for-spousal-support-excl\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">US Weekly<\/a>, Phypers filed court documents claiming that he owed $180,000 to his landlord for back rent and repairs, $120,000 for back rent for his former office space, $230,000 for a loan provided by a man named Tom McMormack and $250,000 to a company called High Velocity Admin.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-full\"><figcaption>Phypers, who is pictured above with Ricahrds, claimed he owes money in rent, loans and more. <span class=\"credit\">Aaron Phypers\/Instagram<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-full\"><figcaption>In February, Richards (pictured above with her ex) was ordered to pay Phypers $5,000 a month in spousal support. <span class=\"credit\">Aaron Phypers\/Instagram<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>He also allegedly owed $50,000 to his lawyer,\u00a0Michael Finely, and another $20,000 to another law firm, the outlet reported.<\/p>\n<p>Phypers\u2019 <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2026\/02\/20\/celebrity-news\/denise-richards-ex-aaron-phypers-asks-judge-to-order-immediate-spousal-support\/\">request for temporary spousal support<\/a>\u00a0was granted in February, with Richard <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/2026\/02\/26\/us-news\/denise-richards-ordered-to-pay-ex-30k-in-attorney-fees-and-5k-a-month\/\">being ordered to pay her ex<\/a>\u00a0$5,000 a month, as well as $30,000 in attorney\u2019s fees. <\/p>\n<p>Judge Nicole Bershon explained that the $5,000 a month includes $2,000 for Phypers\u2019 rent, $1,000 for his car, $1,000 for food and the rest for miscellaneous expenses.<\/p>\n<p>Phypers said in court that the amount would \u201ccertainly help\u201d \u2014 but he\u2019s taking things \u201cone day at a time.\u201d<\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-full\"><figcaption>The Bravo star (seen above heading to court in LA) was also ordered to pay her ex $30,000 in attorney\u2019s fees. <span class=\"credit\">Andy Johnstone for NY Post<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-full\"><figcaption>Phypers (seen above outside an LA courthouse) filed for divorce from Richards in July 2025 after six years of marriage. <span class=\"credit\">Andy Johnstone for Page Six<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Phypers filed for divorce\u00a0from Richards last summer.
