    The show stars Levy as Nick Dardano, a pastor, and Taylor Ortega as Morgan Dardano, two siblings from New Jersey who end up embroiled in an organized mob scenario after Morgan steals a necklace for their ailing grandmother. Things only escalate from there, and the season finale dropped a huge reveal that will continue to change the direction of the Dardanos\u2019 lives.<\/p>\n

    Has Big Mistakes<\/em> been renewed for season 2?<\/h2>\n

    Not yet. But Levy has hinted that he is ready and willing and that he has even been planning on more seasons.<\/p>\n

    During the show\u2019s premiere, he told TV Insider,<\/a> \u201cOh, I know exactly what I want to see in the second season of the show. A lot of the show is written in my head at this point. All I know is that if we are given the opportunity to tell a second season, it\u2019s going to be bigger and better, and I can\u2019t wait to get back to the writer\u2019s room because we have a big old story to tell.\u201d<\/p>\n

    In an interview with Variety<\/em><\/a> published on April 11, he was asked about his plans so far. He replied, \u201cThere is a very pre-planned criminal path that has already been laid out. We just need the opportunity to get there.\u201d<\/p>\n

    When asked what that would mean for Morgan and Nicky, he answered, \u201cA Season 2 would just be: There\u2019s no way out now.\u201d<\/p>\n

    What would Big Mistakes<\/em> Season 2 be about?<\/h2>\n

    At the end of season 1, Nicky and Morgan find out that Morgan\u2019s future mother-in-law, Annette, is the Italian crime boss who has been psychologically terrorizing them throughout the season. Though Levy has been tight-lipped on specifics, a second season would likely be about the ramifications on the new twist in their family dynamics.<\/p>\n

    Who would star in Big Mistakes <\/em>Season 2?<\/h2>\n

    Levy and Ortega would probably be there as the show\u2019s leads, plus season 1\u2019s Laurie Metcalf, Elizabeth Perkins, Boran Kuzum, Jack Innanen, Jacob Gutierrez, and Abby Quinn.<\/p>\n
