Sometimes all we need is some park, park, park music!<\/p>\n

Laci J. Mailey<\/a> and Beau Mirchoff<\/a> headline Hallmark Channel<\/a>\u2018s newest movie, A Little Park Music<\/a>. While not necessarily a musical, the music featured in this springtime film set in the town of Springville comes courtesy of a piano that mysteriously \u201cappears in the park gazebo, interfering with important work\u201d for Allie (Mailey), the city manager. She eventually \u201cjoins forces with rookie cop Ryan (Mirchoff) to remove it, only to find both music and love are hard to resist.\u201d<\/p>\n

A Little Park Music is the latest movie in Hallmark\u2019s Spring Into Love collection, following Two for Tee<\/a>, A Royal Setting<\/a>, and A Season to Blossom<\/a>. There\u2019s nothing like a blooming romance in order to cure our spring fever, and Hallmark movies are always the cure.<\/p>\n

    Allie Ferguson is the city manager of Springville, who takes pride in the town and assisting its residents. Efficiency takes precedent for Allie, who initially struggles with Officer Ryan Pruitt\u2019s methodical, by-the-book approach to work and life. However, <\/p>\n

    Fans of Hallmark Channel will recognize Mailey from Chesapeake Shores<\/a> and An Alpine Holiday<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Ryan Pruitt, played by Beau Mirchoff, is new to the police force, and still stressing over where things went wrong in his pursuit of working for the Seattle Police Department. He takes his job seriously\u2014maybe a little too seriously\u2014but with the help of Allie, learns to enjoy the moment a bit more.<\/p>\n

    Mirchoff starred in 2024\u2019s The Finnish Line<\/a> for Hallmark, as well as the network\u2019s one-season-long Western series, Ride<\/a>. Outside of Hallmark, Mirchoff starred on the MTV<\/a> series Awkward.<\/a>, and reprised his brief The Fosters<\/a> role of Jamie Hunter on 49 episodes of the family drama\u2019s spinoff, Good Trouble<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Kendall Cross<\/a> as Sargeant Beth O\u2019Leary<\/h2>\n

    Beth O\u2019Leary (Kendall Cross) is a friendly face for Ryan as he tackles his first day on the job, and helps him ease into his role, ultimately prompting to see how good he can have it in Springville.<\/p>\n

    Cross has accumulated a slew of TV credits throughout her career, including on Smallville<\/a>, The 100<\/a>, Van Helsing<\/a>, and Allegiance. She starred as Debby Ryan<\/a>\u2018s onscreen mother in the Disney Channel Original Movie 16 Wishes, and also appeared in the 2024 Tubi Original movie Sidelined: The QB and Me.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Sam, a high school football player who works at the town\u2019s diner that is owned by his father, discovers the piano left in the gazebo, and his musical talents are revealed. Though he realizes that his affinity for piano playing may not be something he needs to hide.<\/p>\n

    Andres previously appeared in Hallmark\u2019s The Holiday Sitter<\/a>, as well as the network\u2019s hit series, When Calls the Heart<\/a>. Other TV shows he has worked on include Supergirl<\/a>, Quantum Leap<\/a>, and Virgin River<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Julia manages Hanson\u2019s Family Treasures, which has been part of Springville for 50 years. She is frustrated by the obstacles that seem to come with the city government attempting to change things, and encourages Allie to \u201cslow down\u201d and embrace the connections that may come with that.<\/p>\n

    Flanagan most recently appeared in Hallmark\u2019s Christmas at the Catnip Cafe<\/a>. Among the other films she has appeared in for the network are A Maple Valley Christmas<\/a>, An Easter Bloom<\/a>, and A Reason for the Season<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    A Little Park Music premieres tonight at 8\/7 c on Hallmark Channel, with next-day streaming on Hallmark+<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n
