Now a royal expert has noted the Sussexes\u2019 \u201cability to get publicity\u201d and added that their new trip is likely to cause unease in royal circles.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Veteran royal commentator Richard Fitzwilliams told the Daily Express: \u201cThe Sussexes’ \u2018faux royal’ tour to Australia is intended to boost their brand. One thing is undeniable. their ability to get publicity is extraordinary.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\u201cHowever, in contrast to their 2018 tour, when they were working members of the Royal Family, this looks very dubious.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\u201cIt has become notorious owing to Meghan\u2019s main activity, her so-called all-women Wellness Weekend at the Inter InterContinental Sydney Coogee Beach Hotel.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\u201cHarry is likely to undertake engagements linked to the military as well as speaking at the Inter Edge Summit on mental health. What actually happens will be fascinating.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Mr Fitzwilliams added: \u201cIt is also likely to upset the Palace as Australia is one of the King’s realms and was due a visit by the Prince and Princess of Wales, who were last there in 2014.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\u201cOne thing is for certain, they are getting attention.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

One of the most anticipated events from the Sussex trip is a women-only gathering in Sydney, where tickets cost \u00a31,440 per person and the Duchess will take part in an on-stage interview.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

The Her Best Life Retreat will welcome up to 300 women for a three-day luxury event from April 17 to 19 at the five-star InterContinental Hotel.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Meghan is set to appear as a guest speaker, with the programme including a gala dinner featuring an in-person conversation with Meghan, as well as \u201cpowerful conversations, relaxation, laughter and unforgettable experiences\u201d, according to organisers.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

VIP tickets include premium seating at a table in the front two rows for the gala dinner, as well as a group photo opportunity with Meghan.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
