The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills <\/i>star Kyle Richards <\/b><\/a>reportedly sued her sister Kim Richards <\/b><\/a>last year.<\/p>\n

Kyle, 57, reportedly named Kim, 61, in a January 2025 lawsuit, according to court documents obtained by TMZ<\/span><\/a> on Saturday, April 11. In the reported filing, Kyle asked the court to evict Kim from her Encino, California, condominium.<\/p>\n

Kyle claimed that her sister had been living in her two-bedroom properties for years, alleging she first asked Kim to leave in late 2024. TMZ reported that Kim never responded to the suit and a default judgment was entered in March 2025, requiring Kim to surrender possession of the property. Court docs obtained by TMZ the following June state that the Los Angeles County Sheriff\u2019s Office attempted to serve Kim with the judgment, but she had allegedly moved out of her sister\u2019s place before she could be served.<\/p>\n

Neither Kyle nor Kim have publicly addressed the legal battle. Us Weekly <\/i>has reached out to representatives for both reality TV stars for comment.<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tKathy Hilton showed support for sister Kim Richards after her recent reported relapse. \u201cKim and I have never had issues or anything,\u201d Hilton, 65, exclusively told Us Weekly on Saturday, October 5, during the launch of Rebecca Vallance x Nicky Hilton Holiday Collection hosted by MyTheresa at the Hilton home in Los Angeles. \u201cShe is [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Kim starred alongside Kyle on RHOBH <\/i>for the first five seasons of the hit reality show, later making guest appearances throughout the years. Kyle has remained a Housewife with the siblings\u2019 other sister, Kathy Hilton<\/b>, now appearing in a \u201cfriend of\u201d role.<\/p>\n

In the years since Kim left the Bravo franchise, she\u2019s dealt with a series of ups and downs<\/span><\/a>. News broke in September 2024 that Kim was reportedly placed on a 5150 psychiatric hold at a local hospital over allegedly \u201cincoherent\u201d behavior. (Under California law, a 5150 psychiatric hold allows for the involuntary, 72-hour detention of an individual in order to conduct a mandatory mental health evaluation when the person is deemed a danger to themselves or others.)<\/p>\n

Kyle later offered to care for her sister following her release. Kim has also struggled with substance abuse through the years.<\/p>\n

I just, you know, I call [Kyle] every day [and] she calls me. We text,\u201d Kathy, 65, exclusively told Us Weekly on Tuesday, June 25, while hosting a wellness day at her house with brands [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

The next year,\u00a0 Kyle and Kathy offered another update on Kim during the RHOBH <\/i>season 14 reunion.<\/p>\n

\u201cShe\u2019s spending time [in Florida],\u201d Kathy told host Andy Cohen <\/b>during the April 2025 reunion. \u201cShe\u2019s doing better.\u201d<\/p>\n

Kyle, for her part, added that Kim was \u201cdoing better than the last time\u201d she was in the news.<\/p>\n

Kim has not publicly addressed any of her reported struggles and since stepped back from the spotlight. Her most recent public appearance was on a 2023 episode of RHOBH<\/i><\/span><\/a>.<\/i><\/p>\n
