Channel 4 viewers have issued the same complaint just minutes into the latest episode of Celebrity Bake Off.<\/p>\n

The Great Celebrity Bake Off for Stand Up To Cancer 2026 returned on Sunday (April 12), featuring celebs Emmett J Scanlan, Mark Wright, Nella Rose, Mutya Buena and Ralf Little taking on the cooking challenge.<\/p>\n

Guest judge Cherish Finden also made an appearance, alongside regulars Paul Hollywood, Noel Fielding and Alison Hammond.<\/p>\n

The contestants’ first challenge was to make pull-apart savoury rolls, followed by another task to bake vegan fruit tarts.<\/p>\n

However, it wasn’t the food that caught viewers’ attention as fans gathered to voice complaints about the cast’s kitchen hygiene.<\/p>\n

Taking to X, formerly Twitter, one viewer pointed out that the bakers didn’t tie back their hair or wear hair nets.<\/p>\n

They wrote: “Is there no hygiene standards on #GBBO,” with another agreeing: “Why has no one told them to tie their hair back?”<\/p>\n

Someone else chimed in, seemingly calling out contestants Nella and Mutya’s long acrylic nails. “How can they do anything with those nails,” said one.<\/p>\n

While a fellow Channel 4 viewer said: “The nails make me feel sick.”<\/p>\n
