Diana, Princess of Wales<\/a> would be “ashamed” by the actions of her youngest son, Prince Harry<\/a>, Mark Dolan has said. Speaking on Monday’s episode of the Daily Expresso<\/a> podcast about the prince’s current legal and financial challenges, Mr Dolan said: “How the mighty have fallen.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n “A charity that he co-founded in memory of his late mother, Diana. What would she make of Harry in 2026?” Mr Dolan’s comments follow the revelation that Harry is <\/span>being sued for defamation by Sentebale<\/a>. The charity has claimed that Harry\u2019s remarks about its leadership, specifically Dr Sophie Chandauka, have made it difficult to raise funds for their work supporting young people impacted by HIV in Lesotho<\/a>, Africa.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n “Diana would be saddened. She’d be angry. She’d be ashamed,” Mr Dolan added. “You set up a charity in her name, and then it becomes a public relations dumpster fire.”<\/p>\n<\/div>\n “If Harry loses his case against the Daily Mail, it’s going to cost Harry millions,” he added. “Bankruptcy<\/a> beckons […] the couple don’t have a serious income.”<\/p>\n<\/div>\n “The prince who sues everyone else is now being sued for defamation,” podcast host JJ Anisiobi said.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n “They believe that they can’t fundraise and they cannot do the important work that they do because of his actions […] remarks he’s made about the leadership, about the board, about Dr Sophie Chandauka,” Mr Dolan added, noting that Sentebale is now struggling to raise money and get sponsorship.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n He added that the financial resources to bring the defamation case forward are not from donations \u2013 there must be someone supporting this legal action, “that is most likely sick and tired of his hypocrisy and double standards and are horrified by his allegedly toxic stint when he was part of Sentebale”.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n Mr Dolan also claimed that “bankruptcy beckons” for Harry if he loses his case against the Daily Mail, which took place earlier this year, when he, alongside Elton John<\/a> and Baroness Doreen Lawrence, accused Associated Newspapers (ANL) of “industrial-scale” unlawful information gathering<\/a>, such as phone hacking, dating back to the 1990s. The parties are awaiting a final judgment from the High Court.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n “That cash pile is dwindling fast – their outgoings are huge […] if he starts losing court cases, he’s on the hook for \u00a310 to \u00a315 million. That’s money that Harry hasn’t got.”<\/p>\n<\/div>\n “There isn’t even a shadow of a doubt that if he loses these two court cases, it accelerates his collapse into bankruptcy.”<\/p>\n<\/div>\n “When you sue someone in the UK for libel, it is extraordinarily risky.
