Kristin Cavallari opened up about her time on The Hills<\/em> during the April 7 episode of her Let\u2019s Be Honest<\/em> podcast. While sitting down with her former Laguna Beach<\/em> co-star, Lauren Conrad, Cavallari admitted to hooking up with a cameraman named Miguel Medina in 2010.<\/p>\n “There’s nothing like a set romance<\/a>,” she said. When Conrad confirmed she never hooked up with anyone on the crew, Cavallari added, \u201cYou missed out!”<\/p>\n “We hung out for a couple of months,\u201d Cavallari explained. \u201cAnd we kept it a secret. Obsess.<\/a><\/p>\n In the past, Cavallari explained that her on-screen romance with Jenner was fake, and that he was still dating Jayde Nicole at the time.<\/p>\n \u201cBrody and I had a whole fake relationship,\u201d she revealed on Watch<\/em> What Happens Live with Andy Cohen<\/em>. \u201cHe pretended like he broke up with Jayde, his girlfriend, they were still fully together the whole time. And then Brody and I were at the club and Jayde saw us and we got into a huge fight over it but that was all fake. All of it was fake.\u201d<\/p>\n As for the cameraman, Cavallari revealed that she was photographed with Medina a week before the show wrapped. \u201cThey fired him,\u201d she said. \u201cI remember I fought with [show creator] Adam [DiVello].
