AND THIS YEAR, THE BELOVED PHANTOM THEATER IS RETURNING AFTER NEARLY 20 YEARS AND WLWT NEWS 5 SABRINA BATES GOT A PREVIEW OF THE NEW RIDE THE PHANTOM THEATER OPENING NIGHT IS FULLY IN CONSTRUCTION MODE. WE GOT AN INSIDE LOOK AT THE NEW RIDE. IT IS GOING TO BE A PERFECTLY GRAND REOPENING NIGHT AT THE PHANTOM THEATER. AFTER MORE THAN 20 YEARS, PHANTOM THEATER IS BACK AT KINGS ISLAND, THE OLD FAVORITE RETURNING BUT WITH A NEW TWIST. THE SAME QUIRKY, ORIGINAL CHARACTERS. BUT THE RIDE NOW HAS AN INTERACTIVE PIECE TO IT. YOU\u2019LL BE TRAVELING THROUGH HAUNTED HALLWAYS AND MAGICAL ROOMS, AND YOU\u2019LL BE IMMERSED WITH THE SCENES FROM THE MOMENT YOU WALK THROUGH THE DOOR AND THROUGH THE ENTIRE RIDE WITH YOUR FAMILY. AGAIN, GHOST NOTES GO FLYING AND START WREAKING HAVOC ALL OVER THE THEATER, SO NO LEGS. LARRY DECIDES TO ROPE US IN TO BE HIS TO HELP HIM AND SEAT THE AUDIENCE. AND SO HE GIVES US OUR FLASHLIGHTS, WHICH ARE ACTUALLY OUR INTERACTIVE DEVICE THROUGHOUT THE, THE, THE ATTRACTION. AND WE TAKE OFF ON OUR ENCHANTED OPERA BOXES.
