Former Dancing With the Stars<\/em><\/a> pros Artem Chigvintsev<\/strong><\/a>, Peta Murgatroyd<\/strong><\/a> and Sharna Burgess<\/strong><\/a> revealed what cringey comments past partners told them during the competition.<\/p>\n

\u201cI remember one person, they were like, \u2018I want you to look at me like you want to f*** me.\u2019 \u2026 To me in one of the dances,\u201d Chigvintsev, 43, said during the Monday, April 13, episode of Murgatroyd\u2019s \u201cThe Penthouse With Peta\u201d<\/a> podcast. \u201cFirst of all, what do you say in return?\u201d<\/p>\n

Murgatroyd, 39, joked, \u201cYou say, yeah baby, I\u2019m going to give it to you.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cAbsolutely not. I\u2019m just not the type of person,\u201d Chigvintsev shared. \u201cIf I would say that I would mean that \u2026 I can\u2019t do that s***. It doesn\u2019t work for me.\u201d<\/p>\n

Murgatroyd added that she had a similar experience where one of her former partners made a sexual remark during a rehearsal.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe were starting, I think our foxtrot, and he was behind me and I\u2019m like, \u2018Bring up your arms, and you\u2019re going to go with me,\u2019\u201d and he goes, \u2018Oh, so it\u2019s kind of like I\u2019m f***ing you from behind,\u2019\u201d she recalled.<\/p>\n

While laughing about it now, Murgatroyd explained she tried to brush it off with some jokey banter.<\/p>\n

\u201cNo, don\u2019t be silly. Let\u2019s [lift] our arms,\u201d she recalled saying. \u201cI\u2019m good with brushing s*** off and then I go out and have a good laugh in the toilet by myself and come back in.\u201d<\/p>\n

Burgess, 40, added that she\u2019s also had a former partner make a similar joke.<\/p>\n

\u201cI had one text me from the bathroom telling me that he was horny and he needed help with it during rehearsals,\u201d Burgess said.<\/p>\n

Murgatroyd also shared that she had another partner who got a little too flirty with her.<\/p>\n

\u201cI had one guy say, \u2018I just want to lick it \u2026 I don\u2019t want to f*** you I just want to lick it,\u2019\u201d she recalled.<\/p>\n

Chigvintsev explained that during the competition, a lot of partners grow emotionally connected to their pros.<\/p>\n

\u201cI think what is really confusing for celebrity partners, when they enter the show it becomes their life,\u201d he said. \u201cIt\u2019s almost like a bubble where they escape from what their regular day-to-day life is. It\u2019s kind of an exciting thing \u2026 but for us it\u2019s a job.\u201d<\/p>\n

Chigvintsev shared that learning ballroom dance can \u201cintimate experience\u201d which can lead to confusing feelings.<\/p>\n

\u201cYou can feel the crush and you can feel they\u2019re into it. It\u2019s more about how it\u2019s affecting their life,\u201d he reflected. \u201cI think [that] happened quite frequently in my personal experience, where they start having problems with their husbands or partners. And they\u2019re like, \u2018I think I\u2019m going to leave this person.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n

Chigvintsev claimed that one partner told him following their elimination that they were thinking about leaving their romantic partner after the show.<\/p>\n
