John Legend, Adam Levine, and Kelly Clarkson on ‘The Voice’ Contestant Alexia Jayy was named the winner of The Voice: Battle of Champions<\/em> on Tuesday’s episode.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n Jayy, a 31-year-old from Mobile, Ala., was a member of coach Adam Levine’s team.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n The singer stunned the coaches and the audience both during the finals with her take on Adele’s “One and Only.”<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n Alexia Jayy is The Voice<\/em><\/a> of season 29!<\/p>\n The NBC reality competition crowned a winner of its latest competition \u2014 officially titled The Voice: Battle of Champions<\/em> \u2014 based on votes from the audience, which was filled with winners, fan favorites, and alumni from past seasons.<\/p>\n Jayy, a 31-year-old from Mobile, Ala., competing for Adam Levine<\/a>, secured her win with performances of Patti LaBelle’s “Lady Marmalade” and Adele’s “One and Only.”<\/p>\n The second-place winner was Kelly Clarkson<\/a>‘s contestant Liv Ciara, who surprisingly received no chair turns when she auditioned last season. Third place went to Lucas West, a member of John Legend<\/a>‘s team. Clarkson’s Mikenley Brown finished in fourth place.<\/p>\n Alexia Jayy alongside semi-finalists Jared Shoemaker and Jeremy Keith As for Jayy, she received praise all around, particularly from Levine, but it was her second trip up to the stage that blew them away.<\/p>\n Clarkson openly cried during her evaluation.<\/p>\n “Wow! You’re like a vessel. You\u2019ve just been a blessing to all us, so thank you.”<\/p>\n Levine offered her the ultimate compliment after he took a breath: “You are important, man. You make people reflect on their own life. When you tap into that, you make the world feel a little bit more together and communal. That’s really, really special. I’ve never experienced the feeling that we all just had together.”<\/p>\n
