\n\tThe pop icon has revealed that her new album, \u201cConfessions on a Dance Floor: Part II\u201d \u2014 a follow-up to her critically acclaimed 2005 dance record \u2014 will release on July 3 via Warner Records. It marks her first full-length album in seven years and is a reunion with DJ Stuart Price, the producer of the original \u201cConfessions on a Dance Floor,\u201d which features hits like \u201cHung Up,\u201d \u201cSorry,\u201d \u201cJump\u201d and more.<\/p>\n

\n\tMadonna made the announcement via social media on Wednesday alongside the album\u2019s cover, which sees her perched on top of purple speakers in matching lingerie with pink fabric covering her face. She also shared a musical sneak peek<\/a> ahead of the first single release.<\/p>\n

\n\tIn a press release, Madonna shared her and Price\u2019s \u201cmanifesto\u201d while making the album: \u201cWe must dance, celebrate, and pray with our bodies. These are things that we\u2019ve been doing for thousands of years \u2014 they really are spiritual practices. After all, the dance floor is a ritualistic space. It\u2019s a place where you connect \u2014 with your wounds, with your fragility. To rave is an art. It\u2019s about pushing your limits and connecting to a community of like-minded people. Sound, light, and vibration\/ Reshape our perceptions\/ Pulling us into a trance-like state. The repetition of the bass, we don\u2019t just hear it but we feel it. Altering our consciousness and dissolving ego and time.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tThe announcement comes after Madonna hinted that a new dance album would be coming in 2026 following her return to Warner Records<\/a> nearly two decades after departing the label. <\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cFrom being a struggling artist in New York City to signing a record deal to release just three singles, it seemed at the time my world would never be the same again and in fact that couldn\u2019t have been truer,\u201d Madonna said in a statement at the time. \u201cSince the beginning, Warner Records has been a real partner with me. I am happy to be reunited and look forward to the future, making music, doing the unexpected while perhaps provoking a few needed conversations.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n
