A premier, year-round multi-experience entertainment destination will open next month for Philadelphia sports fans. <\/p>\n

Comcast Spectacor and The Cordish Companies have announced the grand opening of the highly-anticipated $20 million transformation of Stateside Live! scheduled for next month.<\/p>\n

\u201cAs we look ahead to the future of the South Philadelphia Sports Complex, the newly transformed Stateside Live! represents an important anchor for what\u2019s next,\u201d\u00a0said Dan Hilferty, Chairman and CEO of Comcast Spectacor. \u201cComing on the heels of a transformational renovation project at Xfinity Mobile Arena, this incredible sports and entertainment destination offers an exciting glimpse into the growth, innovation, and experiences we\u2019re building for fans and the community.\u201d<\/p>\n

The newly expanded property, right in the heart of the Sports Complex in South Philadelphia, will debut with a weekend-long grand opening celebration for the public from Friday, May 29 through Sunday, May 31. <\/p>\n

The upgrades have transformed Stateside Live! into an indoor\u2013outdoor entertainment destination, designed to host everything from casual gatherings and dynamic game-day activations to large-scale concerts, festivals, and private events<\/p>\n

Officials added that Stateside Live! will also now be the only destination in the city where fans can choose to watch the game indoors, with a high-energy, stadium-inspired atmosphere, or outside under the open sky, with the same immersive viewing experience.<\/p>\n

New elements of the plaza expansion include:<\/p>\n

AVA Rooftop Bar<\/em><\/strong>
A two-story, open-air rooftop lounge located in the plaza, offering stunning views of the stadium district.<\/p>\n

Coors Light Stage<\/em><\/strong>
A cutting-edge outdoor performance stage with a capacity of 5,000 attendees, including 1,000 premium seats, situated at the center of the plaza and featuring advanced audio and lighting production.<\/p>\n

PBR Backyard<\/em><\/strong>
The expansion nearly doubles the footprint of PBR Philly, adding a dedicated outdoor stage, dance floor, and new VIP sections to create a fully immersive country entertainment experience.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Blue Moon Beer Garden and Stateside Crush Bar<\/em><\/strong>
A sun-soaked open-air beer garden built for socializing, sports watching, and celebration serving a full seasonal lineup of brews alongside the Stateside Crush Bar, featuring freshly hand-squeezed cocktails made with a variety of spirits.<\/p>\n
