The dance floor is not just a place, it\u2019s a threshold: A ritualistic space where movement replaces language.\u201d <\/p>\n<p>\u201cWhen <strong>Stuart Price<\/strong> and I first started working on this record, this was our manifesto,\u201d she added. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe must dance, celebrate, and pray with our bodies. These are things that we\u2019ve been doing for thousands of years \u2014 they really are spiritual practices. After all, the dance floor is a ritualistic space. It\u2019s a place where you connect\u2014with your wounds, with your fragility. To rave is an art.
