Online<\/a><\/p>\n Sofia Vergara<\/strong><\/a> just proved that some TV couples are forever. <\/span><\/p>\n Years after the <\/span>Modern Family<\/span><\/a> actress ended her run as Gloria Pritchett on the sitcom, she celebrated her onscreen husband <\/span>Ed O\u2019Neill<\/strong><\/a> as he reached his 80th birthday milestone.<\/span><\/p>\n \u201cFeliz cumplea\u00f1os to my favorite husband!\u201d she wrote in an April 12 <\/span>Instagram post<\/span><\/span> featuring a throwback of her and Ed. \u201cI miss u Ed O\u2019neil!!!!<\/span><\/p>\n Beyond the cheeky reference to her real-life relationships\u2014she was previously married to <\/span>Joe Gonzalez <\/strong>and <\/span>Joe Manganiello<\/strong>\u2014Sofia is no stranger to putting her special bond with her TV family on display. <\/span><\/p>\n While Sofia shared that the cast <\/span>\u201cgot disconnected really fast\u201d<\/span><\/a> after wrapping the series due to the onset of the COVID pandemic, that distance didn\u2019t last long, as she emphasized how they manage to keep in constant contact.<\/span><\/p>\n “We are still like a family,” she <\/span>explained to E! News<\/span><\/a> in October. “Everything we do, we are connected in a gigantic chat with all the kids and all the actors. But after getting bit by the bug again through high school theater productions, she got back on the audition circuit.<\/p>\n And while the actress still has plans to pursue her craft, she’s also focusing on another passion: music.
