It\u2019s not often Kelly Ripa<\/strong> has a public photo op with one of her kids. But an exception was just made\u2014and it\u2019s for the best reason.<\/p>\n The Live With Kelly and Mark <\/em><\/a>star has a lot to celebrate lately, between her busy work schedule, her husband Mark Consuelos’<\/strong> Broadway debut in Fallen Angels<\/em>, and their upcoming wedding anniversary on May 1. <\/em>And while the couple has a lot going on in their lives, it turns out their youngest son, Joaquin<\/strong><\/a> (the duo also share son Michael <\/strong>and daughter Lola<\/strong>), is having his own big moment, too.<\/p>\n Joaquin is starring in his first professional acting gig since graduating college<\/a> in May 2025 by way of his official Broadway debut in the revival of Death of a Salesman<\/em><\/a>. And when the show officially opened on April 9, Kelly shared photos of her and Mark supporting Joaquin onher official Instagram<\/a>.<\/p>\n \u201cScenes from opening night of the brilliant @salesmanonbroadway directed by the incomparable Joe Mantello,\u201d she wrote in the caption. \u201cCongratulations to the entire cast and crew on this astonishing revival, and to @joaquinconsuelos on your Broadway debut!\u201d<\/p>\n Shortly after she shared photos online, Mark had to share his own thoughts. \u201cSurreal moment … so proud,\u201d he emotionally replied to Kelly\u2019s post.<\/p>\n And just like Kelly and Mark, fans were ecstatic about seeing their son\u2019s new gig.<\/p>\n \u201cThis is amazing and so cool! I can\u2019t imagine! Congratulations,\u201d one person wrote in the comments. \u201cCongratulations!!! \ud83c\udf89 @joaquinconsuelos is simply incredible \u2764\ufe0f\ud83d\udc4f \u2026 run to see @salesmanonbroadway \u2764\ufe0f,\u201d another agreed. \u201cThat\u2019s so cool \ud83d\ude0e! Congratulations to the Consuelos familia! \u2764\ufe0f,\u201d a different follower added.<\/p>\n Fans first heard about Joaquin\u2019s Broadway role when Kelly opened up on her show about not being able to see him during previews. But Mark did have the chance to watch Joaquin on stage during that, and shared it with Kelly and the audience.<\/p>\n \u201cHe\u2019s amazing. He did such a good job,\u201d Mark stated during a March 10 taping of Live With Kelly and Mark<\/em>, per People<\/em><\/a>. \u201cI was watching him with a smile on my face.
