The track arrives just ahead of the band\u2019s US tour, which kicks off tonight, and serves as the final preview of their next studio record.<\/p>\nSpeaking on the new single, vocalist Chad Green<\/strong> explains, \u201cDEATHWEAVER<\/strong> is about how slowly, in time, you lose pieces of yourself and gain new perspectives. Weaving your memories of life\u2019s experiences to form who you are inside, and the cruel nature of life \u2013 the cycle of death \u2013 and how hard it is to stay who you are.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\nFor the accompanying video, FROZEN SOUL<\/strong> drew inspiration from anime influences such as Ninja Scroll<\/strong> and Warhammer<\/strong>\u2019s Noise<\/strong> Marines<\/strong>, alongside Hellraiser<\/strong>-style 1980s horror. Expanding on the concept, Green<\/strong> adds, \u201cin the end, the video is about a woman that is centuries old, and in her eyes she is forever chasing her dream of creating the perfect harp. In reality, she is using the flesh, bones, veins, and nerves of her victims (us performing) to make this bone harp \u2013 the end reveal is nuts!
