Interpol<\/a> have given fans another taster of their new album with the debut of the punchy \u2018Wings On Fire\u2019. Check out footage below.<\/p>\n

The NYC indie icons have been on the road throughout North and South America as they gear up to release their eighth studio album, the follow-up to 2022\u2019s acclaimed \u2018The Other Side of Make-Believe<\/a>\u2019.<\/p>\n

After airing the propulsive \u2018See Out Loud<\/a>\u2018 for the first time last month and playing it at every show since, the band played a stop-off gig at Revel Entertainment Center in Albuquerque in between Coachella<\/a> weekends one and two, where they slipped \u2018Wings On Fire\u2019 into the set.<\/p>\n

In keeping with the direct nature of second album \u2018Antics<\/a>\u2018 and seeming like a close cousin to \u2018The Heinrich Manoeuvre\u2019 from 2007\u2019s \u2018Our Love To Admire<\/a>\u2018, \u2018Wings On Fire\u2019 is Interpol at their most choppy, anthemic and locked-in, loaded with the infectious hooky chorus of \u201cFind out who you are<\/em>\u201c.<\/p>\n
